With each passing day, A new year has arrived
In 2022, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) started a new journey to build a modern socialist country and set up a roll call toward the Second Centenary Goal in the new era to create new achievements with a series of new ideas.
In 2022, in the face of tough and complicated situations in China and Aboard, each subsidiary of C.S.I. Group had withstood the downward pressure, forged ahead with enterprise and fortitude, and strived in unity:
- With “scientific and technological innovation” as a key point, and “quality enhancement” as the aim, C.S.I. Group had launched several new products, strengthening management to improve product quality.
- “People-oriented, innovation-led”, focusing on the development of new products, growth of the team’s capability, and improvement of skills.
- China’s first high-power marine high-pressure common-rail medium-speed engine was successfully developed.
- Application of CSI Power / Ningdong dual-fuel engine to new sea-river-through ship
- C.S.I. Group was honored with the first prize in the provincial science and technology progress award.
- It was selected as the first set of engineering research key projects in Zhejiang province.
- The new plant of ULVAC was completed and has started production, and was approved as a provincial postdoctoral workstation.
- Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) machinery manufacture Co., ltd. was growing quickly due to business cooperation with BYD Auto.
Every great achievement is the concentration of hard work and efforts of all cadres and workers.

Highlights in 2022
No.1 Learning the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress, jointly promoting the development of C.S.I. Group, to create a powerful collective force through Party-building.
In 2022, C.S.I. Group focused on “Party-building in RED OCEAN”, and conscientiously enhanced understanding of the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress through different kinds of ways, strengthening the founding mission and responsibility and honoring commitment, and taking practical actions. We had endeavored to use the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress to arm ourselves intellectually, guide our practice, and advance our work.
No.2 Going global, bringing more orders, and striving ahead to further expand the market.
In 2022, C.S.I. Group adhered to the “going global” strategy, its closeness to the market and customers, quick and flexible response to market variation, underpinning the marine and offshore engineering market in China, advancing the overseas market landscape. By overcoming various difficulties of the COVID challenge, we ensured the effective promotion of new CSI projects abroad and held a CSI new product release press conference.
No.3 Continue to make fresh progress in scientific and technological innovation, focus on R&D and develop new products.
In 2022, C.S.I. Group adhered to the development ideas of an “Innovation-Led”, accelerating R&D of high-power and clean energy engines, and the industrialization of innovation achievements. CSI high-pressure common rail engine has broken the foreign monopoly in this field. CSI dual-fuel engines have been selected for the first(set) product engineering key research project in Zhejiang province. CSI dual-electronic control dual fuel (LNG/Diesel) power system started the green and intelligent transportation in river-sea through ships.
No.4 Quality improvement, strengthening team building, continuously optimizing the inner management.
In 2022, C.S.I. Group set the theme of “quality improvement”, and focused on basic work and strengthening management, coordinating to deliver goods to reduce costs. We adhered to the idea of being “people-oriented”, through university-enterprise cooperation, training of management trainees, promotion of the integrative competence of management cadres, and new apprenticeships, to strengthen team management and upgrade skills. Labor union makes workers’ lives rich and colorful.
No.5 Catching projects, making structural adjustments, and steadily promoting industrial investment.
In 2022, C.S.I. Group always adheres to the ideas of “multiplex development”, the participating holding companies of C.S.I. Group shows a good momentum of rapid development. ULVAC’s new factory in Jiangbei, Ningbo, was unveiled and started production and was approved as a provincial postdoctoral workstation, advancing a dual-brand strategy, to set up a roll call of strengthening and expanding the vacuum industry. Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) machinery manufacture co., ltd. was growing quickly due to business cooperation with BYD Auto, the main building of the new factory of Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) in Hangzhou Bay district was completed.
Look Ahead to 2023
How time flies, in the blink of an eye it can all be taken away.
Looking ahead to 2023, there are full of new challenges and new opportunities. 2023 is a very important year to ensure the implementation of decisions and plans made at the 20th CPC National Congress and deeply implement the 14th Five-Year Plan.
Sweat and toil will press ahead with concrete efforts for achievements.
Given the many uncertainties, C.S.I.
